How Do You Chelate?

Posted by Scot Wahl on Jun 13, 2018 10:16:49 AM

One of the primary elements of the detergents and cleaners are chelating agents. Chelating agents complex calcium hardness and metal ions such as iron.  Chelation is a widespread process that occurs in nature. Processes naturally involving complexing agents are photosynthesis in plants, and oxygen transport in all animals. Synthetic chelants act in the same way as biological complexing agents by bonding to problematic metal ions.

Do what you love, love what you do.

Do what you love, love what you do.

If I looked back to a young Joe Clayton as he graduated from LaSalle College in the spring of 1979, he would be extremely happy to see how his life turned out. Yes, I have been fortunate to realize many of my dreams.

Many of those dreams that came true were being in sales, handling advertising, developing a marketing department, mentoring individuals, working at a fantastic company, being able to lead that fantastic company and having a great family. But wait, how did this all happen in what feels like a blink of the eye?

A true leader eats last, they make sure everyone else is fed first. There is a picture on the internet showing a pack of wolves and the designation of everyone’s role within the pack. At the rear is the leader, supporting the group.

Where Do You Find Inspiration?

Posted by Joseph Clayton on Jul 31, 2017 2:40:36 PM

We all draw on inspiration from different resources. Religion, people, experiences and literature are just a few. Over time I have looked at ifferent sayings and quotes to keep me going. For years, I carried a small plastic card in my wallet I had purchased as a college student. Printed on it was the saying, “When the going gets tough, the tough get going.” Very simple. To the point. When our lives are going along smoothly, that’s easy, but when we are handed unwanted issues or fruit like lemons, we need to make lemonade. Oops, another one of those sayings…
