Do what you love, love what you do.

If I looked back to a young Joe Clayton as he graduated from LaSalle College in the spring of 1979, he would be extremely happy to see how his life turned out. Yes, I have been fortunate to realize many of my dreams. 

Many of those dreams that came true were being in sales, handling advertising, developing a marketing department, mentoring individuals, working at a fantastic company, being able to lead that fantastic company and having a great family. But wait, how did this all happen in what feels like a blink of the eye?

Mustard seed oil, derived from the same family as rapeseed and canola vegetable oils, provides similar lubricity properties as traditional high erucic rapeseed oil. Versatic™ Acid 10, known chemically as neodecanoic acid, is a versatile, multi-functional saturated carboxylic acid, useful in a variety of applications due to its unique structure. Versatic acid 10 is used widely in metalworking fluids, and as a corrosion inhibitor in other aqueous recirculating systems. Salts of Versatic acid 10 are also used in paint driers, PVC stabilizers, wood preservatives, metal extraction agents, and to improve the adhesion between rubber and the brass plating on steel belts in tires. Versatic acid 10 has replaced naphthenic acid in many applications.
